CVECK

The Caribbean Vocational Education Council of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (CVECK) brings together MBO institutions from all Caribbean islands (CAS and BES islands) with the aim of promoting structural cooperation. By sharing knowledge, exchanging experiences and analysing joint issues, the consortium wants to contribute to further strengthening the quality of vocational education in the region.

A committee with representatives of the MBO institutions involved is working on the development of a joint agenda and a work plan The focus is on strengthening cooperation between the institutions, improving the connection between education and the labor market and promoting transfer opportunities for students within the Kingdom.

The consortium thus forms an important platform to jointly build future-proof MBO education that meets the needs of Caribbean societies and their labor markets.
