CHECK
CHECK stands for Caribbean Higher Education Council of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and is an intercountry consortium of higher education institutions within the Caribbean part of the Kingdom. CHECK aims to strengthen academic cooperation by coordinating joint education and research and advising governments on education and science themes.
The Caribbean Higher Education Council of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (CHECK) has the following objectives:
1. Promoting academic cooperation
2. Stimulating research and scholarly activities
3. Strategic coordination of higher education offerings in the region
4. Advising local and regional governments on various topics
5. Chair on the Legacy of Slavery in Relation to Education Today
