Building sustainable opportunities together

Do you work at the intersection of education and the labor market? Are you a policymaker, employer, trade association, social partner or involved in talent development within the Kingdom?

Strategic Education Alliance (SEA) connects parties that contribute to equal opportunities and sustainable prospects for Caribbean students. Together we strengthen the preconditions for success in education, advancement and the labor market.

SEA is a kingdom-wide cooperation program in which governments, educational institutions and partners work structurally. Because sustainable impact only arises when education and the labor market are aligned.

In addition to student-oriented programs, SEA works at a strategic level to structurally strengthen education and progression.

Strengthening education and the labor market

Together, we bring education and the labor market closer together, so that programs are better aligned with the regional and Kingdom-wide labor market.

Alumni- network

We are building a strong alumni network. With data and joint monitoring, we gain insight into progression, dropout, and student success. This knowledge helps institutions and policymakers to implement targeted improvements.

Initiatives that contribute to our goal

Are you working on an initiative that contributes to equality of opportunity, student success or a better connection between education and the labor market within the Kingdom? We would like to get in touch with you. SEA:

  • connects you with the Kingdom-wide network of education and government partners;
  • think along with you about how your initiative can connect to broader objectives[
  • looks together at how an initiative can contribute to structural cooperation;
  • commits to sustainable assurance, so that impact is not temporary but permanent.

Together we ensure that separate initiatives become part of a larger movement towards equal opportunities and a strong future for Caribbean students.
